The Mission: Get serious about meal planning and menus
The Rationale: I am rather proud of my “what do we have in the cupboards” style of meal creation; there is almost no circumstances under which I cannot put together some sort of a tasty meal, but I have never really planned meals out. I would like to become proficient at doing so, in order to better shop for gorceries, manage nutrition, etc.
