The Mission: Begin and stick to an exercise plan (look good naked)

The Rationale: Is there any better way to look good naked than to get in shape and buff up? Really, I can’t think of a better way to motivate myself to get fit and stay that way than simple human vanity.

I have begun putting together a workout program for myself that I can do without gym membership or buying any new equipment.

Other than make the above chart and secure a Tai Chi instructional video, I have really done nothing so far to achieve this goal.

Time to get started now, I suppose. While I do not have anything like a full-blown plan laid out, I am going to give cycling every day a try. 45 - 60 minutes a day on the
bike, 5 - 6 days a week, which also covers another task nicely.

Now I have something of a quandary. I made my ride yesterday, and planned to continue on with another today, but it is raining, and having the sniffles already, I am not much relishing the idea of an hour riding in the rain in low temperatures. I need to come up with some exercises I can do inside fordays like this. Today I will cross my fingers and hope it lets up later on.
