The Mission: Ride my mountain bike every week for a year

The Rationale: I need more exercise, and Mountain Biking is an awesome cardiovascular workout and damn good fun. Mud, Sweat & Blood!

I already have an entry-level mountain bike and some basic familiarity with how MTB works, having grown up in the mountains of North Carolina (My first bike was a Trek 750. I hope to get started some time this week.
