The article mentioned in the previous post did not originate at ServerWatch, but was taken from Datamation, where James Maquire works. Unsuprisingly, he has another recent article over there about how Windows will always top Linux.

Back in 2003, he wrote for Newsfactor, where his main job seemed to be spreading anti-Apple FUD, though he did pause long enough to throw a few jabs at Linux with his “Linux Desktop Myths Exploded” and “Are Windows and Linux Technology Equals“, and huis earlier (2002) “Linux’ Security Problems Outstrip Microsoft’s“.

These articles merely scratch the surface of the hundreds and hundreds of hatchet jobs this so-called journalist has done, all with the exact same slant to them. I’ll go out on a limb here and say Mr. Maquire, if he is not in the employ of Microsoft, certainly should be - it would add a certain “i love my employer” credibility to his pit-bull tenactity in spreading FUD.

Nomex suit donned, you may begin.
