- Thirteen Reasons I Will Always Work From Home
- I don’t have to wear shoes
- I can listen to the Dropkick Murphys as loud as I want
- “Coffee breaks” happen in my own kitchen, not some corporate canteen
- Wireless networking means I can sit outside in the hammock all day
- The house stays cleaner, since now sweeping and mopping have become “thinking time”
- I can cook and bake while I work
- There is no such thing as “work/life balance” for me
- My detached garage is suddenly a business write-off
- I get to tell everyone I’m a “freelancer” and/or “consultant”
- Living in a “Castle Doctrine” state, now if someone barges into my workspace unannounced, I can legally kill them
- Only one car payment and insurance bill
- It makes me less stressed, which makes me a nicer person, which gets me laid a whole lot more
- It makes people jealous
